The King upon hearing of the threat
I will not allow my people to be under threat
Todays Jubilee PArade through the streets of East Fullah Alfalfah has been cancelled due to a perceived terror threat from Liberalist Dictatorial terrorists. A rescheduled date will be provided for the parade as soon as possible, and we would advise East Bir Tawilians in the city to continue on with their lives as normal, as we believe the target was HM The King, not our good people.
Same sex couples in Bir Tawil hold the same marriage rights as heterosexual couples said the King today. Although never strictly illegal in the nation, marriage laws had been the cause of some ambiguity, and today the government moved to formally legalise "gay marriage" and end any suggestions that the nation frowned upon it. His Majesty the King stated that all men and women should enjoy the same rights and levels of oppression in his state, and that homosexual and heterosexual couples should be treated in exactly the same manner under the law.
